We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Our Return Policy extends for 14 days following the receipt of your purchase. If you wish to return any items, please ensure they are sent back within this timeframe.

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from Stylex Menswear. If for any reason you change your mind and want your money back, simply follow the returns procedure below. Just make sure it is within 14 days of delivery, and the items are unused. Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We aim to refund you within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

 Exchanges

Exchanges can be made free in-store if you are in the area.

OR You can place a new order and return the incorrect item back to us (please use a signed for delivery service as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them in our store). 

Original Condition

• All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including ALL product tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box). Any damage may result in the return being refused!
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the item being delivered to you for a full refund (excluding any original delivery charge and where we offer free delivery we will deduct £5.89 from the original purchase amount).
• The cost of the return is at the customer's expense.
• Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
• Shoes must be tried on indoors.
• Please note that in the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on underwear.

Postage

We strongly advise you to use a recorded/signed for delivery courier service when sending the parcel back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit. Make sure they're packed properly and can't get damaged on the way! Please contact us (sales@stylexmenswear.co.uk) if you require further assistance.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

Any items that are returned to us by mistake and you'd like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Returns Process

1. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging.
2. In addition, send a copy of your invoice stating the reason of your return.
3. Please send the package, securely wrapped and prepaid to the address below.
4. To prevent any confusion, we do not ship out any replacements until the goods have been received back to our warehouse for returns-processing.
5. Your request is sent to our Returns Team who will then reply by e-mail and inform you of the outcome.

We are using APC Next Day Courier Services as our preferred shipping partner for FREE DELIVERY on orders over £60. You should get your delivery before 5PM next day if orders are placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Otherwise we will the send next day. Where we provide free delivery we will deduct £5.89 from the refund amount.

We also currently provide the following shipping options, all of which include tracking and require a signature upon delivery. For orders placed by 2 pm from Monday to Thursday:

1. 1st Class Signed For: 1-2 business days at £5.99 with Royal Mail's service.
2. 2nd Class Signed For: 2-4 business days at £5.09 for orders under £59 with Royal Mail's service.
3. Next Day Guaranteed Signed For: By 1pm at £9.95 with Royal Mail.
4. Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free delivery within 2-4 business days for orders of £60.00 or more.

Additionally, we're pleased to offer free local delivery for customers within the IG postcode area.

Please note for orders placed on a Thursday (WHERE WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY) we will ship the items on a Monday.
